Policies & Guidelines

Guest Policies for the Bed & Breakfast

• We are open year-round.
• All rooms are double occupancy.
• Minimum 2-night stay is required on all reservations.
• Please call for one night stay.

Check In, Check Out

• Check-in time from 3 pm to 8 pm.
• Check-out time 11:00 am.

No Smoking 

• This is a non-smoking building.
• Any smoking in rooms results in a $150.00 cleaning fee, plus you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Pet Policy

• The Library suite is pet-friendly.
• No dogs are allowed in the main house.

Cancellation Policy

• Due to the small size of Aiken Manor cancellations affect the inn significantly. Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, YOU ARE FULLY OBLIGATED FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY.
• Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
• You may cancel at any time BEFORE 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you must cancel for ANY reason (this includes but is not limited to sickness, surgery, broken bones, death, or weather) within those 14 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged the entire amount of your stay, plus a $30 processing fee.
• No shows, late arrivals, and early departures are considered cancellations and you are fully obligated for the payment of your entire stay.

Travel Insurance

• It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase travel insurance. That way, if an emergency of any kind were to occur, you would have additional recourse for canceling your stay and potentially obtaining a refund.
